Psyllium Husks. This is a soluble dietary fibre. When soaked in water the husks swell and maintain a high water content in the bowel. Once in the intestine this soft bulky mass passes easily through the colon.
The addition of Psyllium husks to your juice helps to eliminate toxins, chemicals and waste products from your body. Loss of energy, fatigue and headaches are often caused by an irregular or even blocked system.
