The best detox
juice recipes contain 3 or 4 of these ingredients: Apple, Carrot,
Celery, Cucumber, Broccoli, Lemon, Lime, Grapefruit or Cranberry.

2 green apples.
Baby spinach leaves
2 sticks of celery
½ a cucumber
1/4 lime (optional zing factor)
Juice all the
ingredients together, pour over ice cubes in blender and whizz for about a
I small Cantaloupe
Peel and deseed the
melon then cut into large chunks. Peel the lime and remove the stones. Juice
and pour over ice cubes.
2 large carrots
3 small raw beetroots
ingredients and drink over ice cubes.
Bloating is blown away and energy returns! Don’t worry if your pee is
pink later it’s just a harmless side effect.
½ a small punnet of
grapefruit and pour over ice in blender.
Add strawberries and whizz for a minute.

Always choose ripe
good quality fruit and vegetables to gain the most benefit from the
