Law of Attraction Techniques!
Many people have heard of the Law of Attraction techniques but may not be completely sure of what it is.
There are those who may have first encountered this principle by either seeing or hearing about the book and law of attraction movie called The Secret. Others may be familiar with the resources from Abraham via Esther and Jerry Hicks. The law of attraction can be as deep or as simple as you wish to make it.
Many have made their entire life’s work and philosophy revolve around this mysterious law. I prefer to simply be a catalyst for thought and to inspire you to research this spiritual and mystical principle on your own and adapt it to your life as you feel most comfortable.
How does it work?
From a simplistic standpoint, it refers to an alignment of thought and attention. Stated even more elementary, it comes down to
what we focus on is what we see.
Some resources use law of attraction techniques to create wealth and abundance. I personally am very fond of Abraham books and I still read in this one when I need direction again.

Don’t be put off by the title.. the message is embedded in everyday situations but there is a more divine alignment. This law of attraction book guides us to become aware of where we place our thought energies because what we focus on will have a tendency to manifest in our lives.
The worse it gets.. the worse it gets!
Think about this for a moment. If you exist in a more cynical frame of mind, and you have difficulty in seeing the positive, the positive will be perceived as being more elusive. This in turn supports your cynical frame of mind, creating an ongoing cycle. For example, if you go through life thinking, the world is a dangerous place, it will probably prove you correct.
If you feel that there are no courteous people anymore, you will probably be proven correct. If you feel that you are always ill or in pain, the universe will probably prove you correct. If you feel that no one ever contacts you or cares about you, it will most likely appear to be that way. Many have learned to re-focus and learn how to relieve stress and worry and improve every aspect of their lives. The law of attraction techniques work to bring you more of what you focus on.. negative or positive!

On the other hand, if you feel that there are really nice people around you, they will appear. If you feel that the world is full of blessings, blessings are what you will harvest. If you feel loved and appreciated, the loving and appreciative will surround you. If you feel that you always seem to receive what you need when you need it, your needs will most likely be met.

We attract what we focus on! If it is indeed abundance you seek, this can apply. However, merely asking for riches or chanting “I am rich” probably won’t be very effective. Try expanding your focus to live in a mindset that says I appreciate the abundance I am blessed with and that has yet to be bestowed upon me. The law of attraction does not discriminate. If you focus on the negative, you will be attracted to and connected with more. If you shift your perception to that of love, joy, and abundance, the law of attraction will again connect you and bestow upon you that which you focus upon.

This is merely a sample of the law of attraction techniques. There are many great teachers and resources available. Yet if you wish to glean anything from this page let it be an understanding that what we focus on is what we see and the law of attraction does not discriminate. You will attract the objects and situations which are the essence of where you focus attention.
