Best Anti Aging Moisturizer is Drinking Water!

Funny isn’t how you can ignore so many symptoms, when you are so busy there’s hardly time to eat!
I have suffered with head aches, dry skin, itchy skin, tiredness and many other things including constipation for as long as I can remember. After consultations with many doctors it was apparent I had nothing wrong with me.. nothing. After retiring I put on a little weight (not having to run around after my boss all day) and decided to re-vamp my diet. One of the things I read about which resonated was ” drink more water” at least 2 liters per day it said. Wow I thought, can’t remember when I last drank a glass of water. Coffee, juice, wine even the odd beer but water, not a drop.14 days into my new eating regime I had to admit I had been an idiot! I now drink about 8 glasses of water per day, eat lots of fruit and vegetables with water and exercise quite often (working on that one) The result is amazing. ALL of the symptoms subsided, even the constipation and my skin looked years younger.
It has been about 5 months now and I feel better every day. But still the thing that amazes me is the difference in my skin. Moisturized from the inside, the itchy, flaky and dry areas are gone and my skin looks thicker some how. A bit more cushioned so the little lines are not so obvious.
It is especially important as we get older, just wish I had done it years ago.

by: CarolRita this is my mantra! Thank you for backing me up on this one. In my experience most people don’t drink enough and women of our age group are some of the worst offenders. Good hydration is so important for all our bodily functions and our skin too.
