It's a Miracle, Exfoliator For Mature Skin

My anti aging tip is.. Exfoliator For Mature Skin
I am 61 and have only recently had the time to pay attention to a beauty routine. I have always managed with a minimum make up and twice daily cleanser and moisturizer.
My skin had become so dull. I thought it was because I was finding my last year at work tiring and my very mature skin was suffering along with me.
Just after Christmas we had a big family wedding and I decided to go for an anti aging facial. The first one ever but was it worth it?
Wow, First of all if felt wonderful but more important I learned about exfoliating.
It seems that the dead skin cells were making my mature skin look so dull. Worse, the beautician told me that the moisturiser I was using probably wasn't being absorbed because it could hardly penetrate the debris. I always cleansed every day but it seems that isn't enough.
The effect of the facial and exfoliation just blew me away. My skin felt soft and looked dewy again. No flaky patches or dry areas.
I use Clarins Gentle Refiner Exfoliating Cream now one night a week and massage it gently until the creaminess goes. I Rinse with lots of water and pat dry. Every time the effect is the same or even better. A glowy soft skin which looks loads younger. My make up goes on really smoothly and I love how my skin looks!
There are apparently lots of types of exfoliants for different skins so if you don't know exactly what type of skin you have then it's best to ask an expert.
I hope this helps other women of my age to discover what a difference a good exfoliator can make to dull and lifeless looking skin.
