Hand Cream With SPF Prevents Aging Hands

I am not 60 yet but I already notice some changes in my skin. Right now it is my hands that concern me. I have always had strong good nails and nice hands. I try to eat the right things so I stay in good shape.
Recently I notice my hands have more tiny sun spots on them and the skin is often a bit dry.
I always use an anti aging hand cream but it suddenly struck me! I wouldn't buy a face cream without a sun protection factor but my hand cream didn't have one.

Hands say an awful lot about us and protecting our hands against the ravages of sun is just as important as protecting our faces. I now use an anti aging hand cream with an SPF and hope that I can delay dark spots and other sun damage for as long as possible.
