    <description>&lt;p&gt;If you happen to live in Oz you'll be enjoying the &lt;b&gt;sunshine&lt;/b&gt; today. For the rest of us the &lt;b&gt;bleak wintry&lt;/b&gt; weather will keep us indoors catching up with jobs we don't find time for during the week. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The global financial climate and a million other personal things can get to us and make us feel down or even a bit overwhelmed. &lt;b&gt;My solution&lt;/b&gt; is simple and it's free. Grab your coat and your walking shoes and get outside. Without the roof over your head the blues just float away!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt; Moving your body dislodges those uncomfortable thoughts and allows more &lt;b&gt;positive&lt;/b&gt; thoughts to take their place. It works like a dream.. try it even if it's raining. I used to tell my kids &quot;we're not made of sugar!&quot;  &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I often get a great idea just walking along or even the inclination to call someone as soon as I get home. The mood &lt;b&gt;pivots&lt;/b&gt; from down to rising and takes you with it! Invent a lovely Sunday everyone,

    <title>Day 8 for most of us. How did you get on last week?</title>

    <description>I walked about 23 kilometers total and started doing my core exercises again.  Things are a little chaotic here because we are suddenly in the process of selling our house!  Fitting everything in is challenging but that's what it's all about eh?  I am going to aim for another 5 kilometers on my total distance covered this week. I find getting out quite calming at this point.
I can hold the plank for about 1 minute but if you find it difficult, don't give up because it will get easier.
Building core strength is important for posture, balance, flexibility and preventing back ache.  Building strength gradually with simple core exercises will help you to get a trim mid section and a flatter tum too!
 Leave me an update!  Are you sleeping better? How are you managing the GI Index ?</description>
