Sunday Therapy

If you happen to live in Oz you'll be enjoying the sunshine today. For the rest of us the bleak wintry weather will keep us indoors catching up with jobs we don't find time for during the week.

The global financial climate and a million other personal things can get to us and make us feel down or even a bit overwhelmed. My solution is simple and it's free. Grab your coat and your walking shoes and get outside. Without the roof over your head the blues just float away!

Moving your body dislodges those uncomfortable thoughts and allows more positive thoughts to take their place. It works like a dream.. try it even if it's raining. I used to tell my kids "we're not made of sugar!"

I often get a great idea just walking along or even the inclination to call someone as soon as I get home. The mood pivots from down to rising and takes you with it! Invent a lovely Sunday everyone, Carol x
